Each year, the streets of downtown Waynesboro are turned into an outdoor art gallery- 200+ booths of fine arts and fine crafts line the streets. Featuring artists from all over the country, the Fall Foliage Festival Art Show has been named one of the top shows in the East. Paintings of all kinds, pottery, jewelry, sculpture, and more are featured in this two day outdoor festival.

Nestled in one of the most picturesque areas of the Blue Ridge Mountains, right off Skyline Drive and the Blue Ridge Parkway, this 39 year old show sees about 20,000 visitors annually.
$10,000 in award money: $3000 Best in Show, $2000 Second Place, $1000 Third Place, and 16 $250 awards.
Amenities include friendly volunteer help, early registration and set up, free parking, boothsitters, free refreshments and an artist award ceremony on Saturday night. Police patroling area during night hours. Held outdoors in downtown Waynesboro, this annual juried art show, sponsored by the Shenandoah Valley Art Center, is one of the finest on the East Coast. Art includes paintings, photography, sculpture, pottery, metalwork, glasswork, jewelry and other media. Over 150 artists from across the country and Canada exhibit. No admission fee. Proceeds from space rental defray show expenses and benefit Art Scholarships.Food concessions available. Call for more information.
This event is held on the streets of downtown Waynesboro, rain or shine. Very friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of assistance setting up and tearing down. Payment due in full with your application. No extra security, but police are circulating during the day and night.
