We are a real community art center. We welcome artists and art lovers of all skill levels and in all media. All artists are allowed to exhibit in our monthly themed member's exhibits and have works for sale at SVAC. Members are also encouraged to take advantage of our many outside exhibit opportunities as well.

Not an artist? Your dues help keep our doors open, art in schools, exhibits hanging, and provide economic opportunities for local small business owners. We need you, too!

OPPORTUNITIES FOR MEMBERS TO EXHIBIT: One of our main goals at SVAC is to help local and regional artists get their work seen by as many people as possible. We do this by working with other organizations and businesses to facilitate exhibit opportunities for our members. We are currently scheduling exhibits at Summit Square Retirement Home and occasionally restaurants and other businesses that approach us for help with getting art on their walls. We are also always looking for artisan goods for our gift shop. Stop by to find out the application requirements to sell in the shop! Please call or email us if you are interested. The Gift Shop Gallery at SVAC is also scheduling exhibits for member artists. Each month we feature an SVAC member’s work in the shop for a low-pressure opportunity for a one-person show. We make the schedule, you hang the work and make price tags. Contact us if you would like to get your name on the list. Priority is given to those who volunteer at SVAC.
