Call for Artists!
EMERGE 2025 at the Waynesboro Fall Foliage Festival Art Show is accepting applications for the 20245exhibit. This exhibit takes place inside our building at 416 W. Main Street during the Art Show.
October 11 (10am-5pm) and October 12 (10-5pm)
Spaces are 6’x8’ and the cost is $150
This is a juried exhibit and you are required to submit an application by following the form below.
Eligibility & Artwork
All work must be original and created by the applying artist.
No mass-produced, manufactured, or commercially resold items are permitted.
Artists working in more than one medium must include samples representing each medium in their application.
Application Requirements
Applications must include 4 high-quality images of your work.
If you work in more than one medium, all media must be clearly represented in these photos.
Applications will be juried based on originality, craftsmanship, and presentation.
Booth Space & Display
Each artist will be provided a space measuring 6 feet wide by 8 feet deep and will be clearly marked with blue tape on the floor. Please keep all display items within your designated space. You will need to provide all display tables or panels. You may hang work on the wall behind you, but you MUST use our hanging system (which is picture molding and monofilament with brass hooks– it requires screw eyes or d-rings on the back of your art). You MAY NOT put nails in the wall! You may use only BLUE PAINTERS TAPE to hang lightweight items.
Artists are responsible for their own booth setup, including tables, displays, signage, and any necessary weather protection (if applicable).
All displays should be neat, professional, and safe for a public environment.
Sales & Licensing
Artists are responsible for handling their own sales transactions, including payment collection and providing receipts if desired.
A blanket vendor license will be secured by the event organizers to cover all participating artists—no individual license is required.
Artists are responsible for managing and reporting their own income/taxes as applicable.
General Expectations
Artists must be present for the duration of the event and are expected to manage their booths.
Setup and breakdown times will be provided upon acceptance; artists must adhere to posted schedules.

The EMERGE It is located indoors at 416 W. Main Street: the entrance is right in the heart of the show and we are taking a lot of steps this year to ensure visitors know where to find you!
You may set up on Friday evening 4-7 or Saturday morning 7:30-9:30. You will need to load in your work from the back door. There is a parking lot directly behind SVAC on Federal Street and you may use one of the 4 spots in that lot to park in for loading. We ask that after your items are loaded in you move your car elsewhere while you set up so someone else can use the space. There is no parking in this lot during the event.
A booth payment link will be sent upon acceptance to the exhibit.
